Meaty pork back ribs (cut into individual ribs)

Cold water, to cover
Ketchup

Cooking molasses

Dijon mustard (with whole seeds)

Put ribs into large pot or Dutch oven. Cover with cold water. Bring to a boil on medium-high. Cover. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 30 minutes. Drain well.
Combine remaining 4 ingredients in large bowl. Add ribs. Stir to coat well. Arrange in single layer on large baking sheet lined with greased foil. Bake in 350°F (175ºC) oven for about 30 minutes, turning once at halftime, until browned. Makes about 18 ribs.
