Process cereal and soup mix in blender or food processor until coarse crumbs. Place in shallow dish.
Combine buttermilk and drumsticks in large bowl until drumsticks are coated. Press each drumstick into cereal mixture to coat completely. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet lined with greased foil. Spray surface of drumsticks with cooking spray. Bake in 375°F (190ºC) oven for about 40 minutes until no longer pink inside. Makes 8 drumsticks.
