TANGY YOGURT POPS
1 popsicle: 114 Calories; 1.3 g Total Fat (0.4 g Mono, 0.1 g Poly, 0.8 g Sat); 3 mg Cholesterol;
23 g Carbohydrate; trace Fibre; 3 g Protein; 39 mg Sodium







Vanilla yogurt 2 cups 500 mL
Frozen concentrated orange juice (or your child's favorite), thawed 3/4 cup 175 mL
White grape juice 1/2 cup 125 mL
     
Disposable paper drink cups (about 4 oz., 114 mL size), see Note 8 8
Popsicle sticks 8 8


Beat first 3 ingredients together in medium bowl until well combined.

Divide and pour into 8 disposable cups. Place cups on ungreased baking sheet. Freeze for about 1 1/2 hours until partially frozen. Insert stick into centre of each cup. Freeze for 3 to 4 hours until firm. Makes 8 popsicles.

Note: A popsicle mold may be used instead of drink cups and popsicle sticks.
