How many people does the box feed?

It can serve 2 – 3 people.

What can I expect in a Charcuterie?

Our products are sourced locally and we pride ourselves on high quality items.  You can expect artisan cheeses from around the world, Alberta cured meats that are full of taste and variety, fresh crackers, seasonal fruits (dry and fresh),  something sweet and something salty.

What if I have allergies or food intolerances?

We do our best to ensure that we avoid any forms of cross contamination; however we are not a kitchen that is nut, gluten or dairy free.  If you request specific items not be included in your box or table, we can do that – be sure to let us know and provide at least 48 hours notice.

How long will my box last?

Our boxes are made fresh and should be enjoyed within 2 days or less upon receiving it.  We encourage you not to place boxes or boards in direct sunlight.

Do you cater charcuterie as well?

We can cater big and small, corporate events, weddings and more. Please see our Catering by Freson Bros website.

Do you do custom orders?

We can cater to most custom orders, however during the Valentines period, we will not be offering customization of our boxes.
