Pico De Gallo

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Tomatoes on the Vine (diced)
  • 1 Red Onion (diced)
  • 1 Large Jalapeno (diced)
  • 2 tsp Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 of a Cilantro Bunch (chopped)
  • 1 Lime (juiced)
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine onion, jalapeno, lime juice, and salt. Let marinate for 15 minutes in the fridge.
  • Add tomato and cilantro
  • Taste and add more salt if flavours do not sing! Then serve!
