Pico De Gallo
- 6 Tomatoes on the Vine (diced)
- 1 Red Onion (diced)
- 1 Large Jalapeno (diced)
- 2 tsp Garlic (minced)
- 1/4 of a Cilantro Bunch (chopped)
- 1 Lime (juiced)
- 1 tsp Salt
- Combine onion, jalapeno, lime juice, and salt. Let marinate for 15 minutes in the fridge.
- Add tomato and cilantro
- Taste and add more salt if flavours do not sing! Then serve!
