In a skillet, cook the Alberta Ground Beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add taco seasoning & water into the skillet. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
While the beef is simmering, cut and wash lettuce then spin dry.
In a bowl top the lettuce with seasoned Alberta Beef, salsa, crushed tortilla chips and shredded cheese. Mix all ingredients together and serve immediately with your favourite dressing.
