Grilled Watermelon and Feta Salad
A refreshing, vibrant dish for hot days and outdoor gatherings.
- 4 slices seedless watermelon about 1-inch thick
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
- ¼ cup fresh mint or basil chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lime or lemon
- Optional: Balsamic glaze for drizzling
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high.
Brush watermelon slices lightly with olive oil.
Grill each side for about 2–3 minutes, until grill marks appear.
Cut grilled watermelon into chunks or triangles.
Arrange on a plate and top with feta, herbs, and a squeeze of lime.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze (optional), and season lightly with salt and pepper.
