Marinated Pork Chops

Ingredients
  

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb Alberta Pork Half Loin Chops

Marinade

  • ½ tbsp Western Family Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Western Family Dried Oregano
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • cup Lemon Juice 1 large Lemon
  • ¼ cup Western Family Olive Oil
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl or a resealable plastic bag.
  • Add Alberta Pork Loin Chops to bowl or bag. Marinade in the fridge for 1 hour minimum, 3 hours is ideal, 12 hours maximum.
  • Take the Alberta Pork Loin Chops out of the fridge 20 minutes before cooking.
  • Remove Alberta Pork Loin Chops and shake excess marinade off. Discard the remaining marinade.
  • Cook the Alberta Pork Loin Chops using your preferred method until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
