Zest of 1 Lemon

Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl or a resealable plastic bag.
Add Alberta Pork Loin Chops to bowl or bag. Marinade in the fridge for 1 hour minimum, 3 hours is ideal, 12 hours maximum.
Take the Alberta Pork Loin Chops out of the fridge 20 minutes before cooking.
Remove Alberta Pork Loin Chops and shake excess marinade off. Discard the remaining marinade.
Cook the Alberta Pork Loin Chops using your preferred method until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
