Easy Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients

  

  • 454 g Fettuccine
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese
  • pinch Nutmeg

Instructions

 

  • Melt butter and cream together (don’t let it boil!).
  • Add the cheese and whisk until smooth.
  • Toss with your cooked pasta and a splash of pasta water.

Notes

Strain the pasta early so it finishes cooking directly in the sauce.
