The Giveaway & Prizes

On Saturday, April 26, 2025,  Freson Market Ltd will offer fully enrolled Smart Shopper customers shopping at any Freson Bros. store, the opportunity to win a Napoleon TravelQ™ PRO285x Portable Propane Gas Grill with Scissor Cart valued at $449 with Alberta Coulee Camping Freezer Pack valued at $129.99, the total value of the price is $578.99.

The winner must be a fully enrolled Smart Shopper member at the time of the draw and have made any purchase at any Freson Bros. store on Saturday, April 26, 2025. One winner at every Freson Bros. store will be chosen through a random draw from all eligible entries and will be announced on Tuesday, April 29, 2025.  Contact will be attempted 3 times via the number provided for two days, but should contact not be made by Thursday, May 1, 2025, another winner shall be chosen. All expenses relating to collecting or using the prize are the winner’s responsibility.

How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, you must be a fully enrolled Freson Bros. Smart Shopper member and make any purchase from any Freson Bros. store on Saturday, April 26, 2025.

Eligibility

1. The giveaway is only open to residents of Alberta who have reached the age of majority (18 and over).
2. The giveaway is not open to individuals who are, or have been, at any time over the duration of the giveaway or the four months preceding, an employee or representative of, or an immediate family member of or person domiciled with an employee of Freson Market Ltd.
3. As well, the giveaway is not open to the judges, those who are domiciled with them or members of their immediate family.

Prize Draws and Related Requirements:

1. The giveaway commences and ends on Saturday, April 26, 2025.
2. The entrants whose entries are the winners will be notified within 48 hours of the draw.
3. The winning entries will be selected from all eligible entries by Freson Market Ltd.
4. For the purpose of contacting the winners, a contact phone number and email address will be required by all entrants for their entry to be considered complete and valid.
5. Contact will be attempted 3 times via the number connected to the Smart Shopper accounts by Tuesday, April 29, 2025. Should contact not be made by 9.00am MSD/MDT on Thursday, May 1, 2025, their prize will be forfeited and another entrant will be drawn.
6. The winners may be required to answer correctly, unaided, a time-limited, skill-testing question.
7. All entrants will be required to be fully enrolled Smart Shopper members.
8. No purchase is necessary. In order to enter the prize draw without purchase, simply email marketing@freson.com with your name, address, phone number and Alberta Beef Prime Rib Day Giveaway in the subject line with your Smart Shopper Number.
9. All other expenses relating to the prize(s) are the winners’ responsibilities.
10. The prize must be collected from the Freson Bros. store at a convenient time agreed upon between the Freson Bros. contact and the winner, within a period of one week.

1. By participating in this contest, contestants agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations of the contest and to provide publicity when required.
2. By participating in this contest, winners agree to allow Freson Market Ltd to announce their names and share their photos on social media platforms and other promotional materials.
3. Contestants may be required to provide reasonable proof that they meet the contest’s requirements.
4. All decisions by the judges relating to this giveaway are final.
5. All entries become the property of Freson Market Ltd and none will be returned.
6. All elements of the prize are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, not for re-sale, and nonrefundable. The prize winner is not entitled to receive any payment for any possible difference between the actual value of the prize and its estimated values. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives, substitution, or transfers of the prizes will be allowed.

Barrhead store between Wednesday, April 30th, 2025 and Thursday, May 1st, 2025. One winner will be chosen through a random draw from all eligible entries and will be announced on Monday, May 5th, 2025.  Contact will be attempted 3 times via the number provided for two days, but should contact not be made by Thursday, May 8th, 2025, another winner shall be chosen. All expenses relating to collecting or using the prize are the winner’s responsibility.
