The Giveaway & Prizes

Starting on Friday, July 19, 2024, and ending on Thursday, August 15, 2024, Freson Market Ltd will offer fully enrolled Smart Shopper customers shopping at all Freson Bros. stores the opportunity to win Blackstone 22″ Tabletop Propane Griddle with Hood, valued at $320.

The winner must be a fully enrolled Smart Shopper member and have purchased any Grimm’s Fine Foods product from any Freson Bros. store between Friday, July 19, 2024, and Thursday, August 15, 2024. One winner at each store will be chosen through a random draw from all eligible entries and will be announced Tuesday, August 20, 2024.  Contact will be attempted 3 times via the number provided for two days, but should contact not be made by Thursday, August 22, 2024, another winner shall be chosen. All expenses relating to collecting or using the prize are the winner’s responsibility.

How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, you must be a fully enrolled Freson Bros. Smart Shopper member and purchase any Grimm’s Fine Foods product from any Freson Bros. store, between Friday, July 19, 2024, and Thursday, August 15, 2024.

Eligibility

1) The giveaway is only open to residents of Alberta who have reached the age of majority (18 or older).

2) The giveaway is not open to individuals who are or have been, at any time over the duration of the giveaway or the four months preceding, an employee or representative of, or an immediate family member of or a person domiciled with an employee of Freson Market Ltd.

3) As well, the giveaway is not open to the judges, those who are domiciled with them or members of their immediate family.

Prize Draws and Related Requirements:

1) The giveaway commences on Friday, July 19, 2024, and ends on Thursday, August 15, 2024.

2) The entrant whose entry is the winner will be notified within 24 hours of the draw.

3) The winning entry will be selected from all eligible entries by Freson Market Ltd.

4) For the purpose of contacting the winner, a contact phone number and email address will be required by all entrants for their entry to be considered complete and valid.

5) Contact will be attempted 3 times via the number provided for two days, but should contact not be made by Thursday, August 22, 2024, their prize will be forfeited and another entrant will be drawn.

6) The winners may be required to answer correctly, unaided, a time-limited, skill-testing question.

7) All entrants will be required to be fully enrolled Smart Shopper members.

8) No purchase is necessary. In order to enter the prize draw without purchase, simply email marketing@freson.com with your name, address, phone number and Grimm’s Grill Giveaway in the subject line with your Smart Shopper Number.

9) All other expenses relating to the prize(s) are the winners’ responsibilities.

The winner must be a fully enrolled Smart Shopper member and have purchased any Thirsty Buddha Soda product from any Freson Bros. store between Friday, July 26, 2024, and Thursday, August 29, 2024. Five winners will be chosen through a random draw from all eligible entries and will be announced on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.  Contact will be attempted 3 times via the number provided for two days, but should contact not be made by Thursday, September 5, 2024, another winner shall be chosen. All expenses relating to collecting or using the prize are the winner’s responsibility.

The Contest & Prizes

Starting on Saturday, July 27th, 2024, and ending on Sunday, July 28th, 2024, Freson Market Ltd will offer social media users the opportunity to win one $50 Freson Bros. Gift Card per winner. One winner will be drawn among all eligible entries for each participating store: Freson Bros. Stony Plain, Freson Bros. Fort Saskatchewan, Freson Bros. Edmonton Rabbit Hill, and Freson Bros. Edmonton Glenora.

To qualify for the giveaway, participants must post a photo from the Vegan Feast on Saturday, July 27th, 2024, or Sunday, July 28th, 2024. They must also tag the Freson Bros. account @fresonbros and include the Freson Bros. location they are attending the event at – Stony Plain, Fort Saskatchewan, Rabbit Hill, or Glenora. The photo must be posted between Saturday, July 27th, 2024, and Sunday, July 28th, 2024, as a story or as an Instagram post.

Winners will be selected through a random draw on Monday, July 29th, 2024. Attempts will be made to contact the winners via private messaging on Instagram three times. If contact is not established within 6 hours of the draw, alternate winners will be selected. Each winner will receive one (1) Freson Bros. Gift Card valued at $50. Winners are responsible for all expenses related to collecting or utilizing the prize.

8) The prize must be collected prior to the event.
