
Easy Fettuccine Alfredo
Ingredients
- 454 g Fettuccine
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese
- pinch Nutmeg
Instructions

Melt butter and cream together (don’t let it boil!).

Add the cheese and whisk until smooth.

Toss with your cooked pasta and a splash of pasta water.
Notes
Strain the pasta early so it finishes cooking directly in the sauce.
