The Giveaway & Prizes

Starting on Friday, November 14, 2025, and ending on Thursday, November 20, 2025, Freson Market Ltd will offer its customers shopping at any Freson Bros. stores the opportunity to redeem a free parfait by collecting 5 different bakery-themed stickers with each transaction that contains a bakery purchase. Customers must attach each sticker to the designated spot on the “Happy 10th Birthday Charlie” card that matches the specific sticker’s image.
The parfait is earned when the customer has collected the 5 different bakery-themed stickers via transactions that contain bakery purchases, and has placed the stickers on the designated matching spots on the “Happy 10th Birthday Charlie” Card, between Friday, November 14, 2025, and Thursday, November 20, 2025. There will be multiple winners across all stores. One sticker will be given per transaction that contains a bakery purchase, and stickers are distributed randomly. 
When the “Happy 10th Birthday Charlie” card has been filled with the 5 different stickers, the completed card can be redeemed for a free parfait of the customer’s choice by giving the completed card to Customer Service. Cards will be provided to the Customer Service representative and will not be returned. All completed cards are only valid for one FREE parfait and cannot be used to obtain any additional parfaits. All expenses related to collecting or using the prize are the winner’s responsibility.

How to Enter

To obtain a free parfait, you must collect ALL 5 different stickers and place them on the designated spots in the card, which display a matching image, between Friday, November 14, 2025, and Thursday, November 20, 2025. The completed card with all 5 different stickers collected can be redeemed for one free parfait of the customer’s choice before December 31, 2025.

Eligibility

1. The giveaway is only open to residents of Alberta who have reached the age of majority (18 or older).
2. The giveaway is not open to individuals who are or have been, at any time over the duration of the giveaway or the four months preceding, an employee or representative of, or an immediate family member of or a person domiciled with an employee of Freson Market Ltd.
3. As well, the giveaway is not open to the judges, those who are domiciled with them or members of their immediate family.

Prize Draws and Related Requirements:

1. The sticker collection period commences on Friday, November 14, 2025, and ends on Thursday, November 20, 2025.
2. A “Happy 10th Birthday Charlie” card must be obtained from Customer Service.
3. Customers will receive one sticker with each transaction that contains a bakery purchase between Friday, November 14, 2025, and Thursday, November 20, 2025.
4. All 5 different stickers must be collected and placed on the corresponding designated spot on the “Happy 10th Birthday Charlie” card, matching the sticker image.
5. When all 5 different stickers have been collected and correctly placed, the completed card must be given to Customer Service to redeem for one free parfait of the customer’s choice.
6. A completed “Happy 10th Birthday” Card can be redeemed until Wednesday, December 31, 2025.
7. There can be multiple opportunities to redeem across all stores, as the redemption is awarded upon completing the card.
8. The redeemers may be required to answer correctly, unaided, a time-limited, skill-testing question.
9. All other expenses relating to the prize(s) are the winners’ responsibilities.

Other Rules and Requirements:

1. By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations of the giveaway and to provide publicity when required.
2. Redeemers may be required to provide reasonable proof that they meet the requirements of the giveaway.
3. All decisions by the judges relating to this giveaway are final.
4. All cards become the property of Freson Market Ltd, and none will be returned.
5. All elements of the redemption are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, not for resale and nonrefundable. Redeemers are not entitled to receive any payment for any possible difference between the actual value of the prize and its estimated value. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives, substitution or transfers of the prizes will be allowed.
