OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR UKRAINIAN  FEAST – GIVEAWAY

The Contest & Prizes

Starting on Friday, December 26, 2025, and ending on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, Freson Market Ltd will offer its customers two opportunities to win a set of two (2) tickets for the Ukrainian Feast event happening on January 10 and 11, 2026 at Freson Bros. Fresh Market locations in Edmonton Glenora, Edmonton Rabbit Hill, Hinton Hill, Fort Saskatchewan, Drumheller, Peace River, Stony Plain and High Prairie. One winner will be drawn for each option for each participating Freson Bros. Fresh Market location and High Prairie.

Option 1: Instagram Social Media Entry
To enter, participants must have followed the Freson Bros. Instagram page for a minimum of 24 hours and comment on the location they would like to attend for the Ukrainian Feast in a comment under the official giveaway post on Instagram. The post will be live from December 26, 2025, to January 7, 2026.

Option 2: In-Store Entry
To enter, participants must fill out the form, which is available via the QR code on the A-frame poster in-store or at freson.com/ukrainianfeast. The form must be fully completed for the entry to be valid. Participants must also be fully enrolled Smart Shopper members and submit their entry by January 7, 2026.

Participating Locations
The following Freson Bros. stores are participating in the giveaway:

• Edmonton Glenora
• Edmonton Rabbit Hill
• Hinton Hill
• Fort Saskatchewan
• Drumheller
• Peace River
• Stony Plain
• High Prairie

Two winners will be drawn per location—one for each entry option (Instagram and In-Store).

Winner Notification
The winners will be drawn on Thursday, January 8, 2026.

• The winner who entered via Instagram will be contacted through a private message on Instagram.
• The winner who entered via the in-store form will be contacted through the contact number provided in the form.

Winners must respond by 3:00 pm on Friday, January 9, 2026. If a winner does not respond by 3:00 pm on January 9, 2026, another winner will be drawn. Each winner will receive two (2) tickets for the Ukrainian Christmas Feast on January 10 or 11, 2026 at their chosen Freson Bros. Fresh Market store. The winner’s responsibility is all expenses relating to collecting or using the prize.

How to Enter
To enter via Instagram (Option 1):

• The participants must have followed the Freson Bros. Instagram page for a minimum of 24 and commented on the Freson Bros. Fresh Market location where they would like to attend the Ukrainian Feast under the official giveaway post on Instagram.

To enter via In-Store (Option 2):

• The participants must fill in the form available via scanning the QR code on the A-frame poster in-store at participating Freson Bros. Fresh Market locations and High Prairie.
• The participants must be fully enrolled Smart Shopper members to enter.

Eligibility

• The contest is only open to residents of Alberta who have reached the age of majority (18 and over).
• The contest is not open to individuals who are, or have been, at any time over the duration of the contest or the four months preceding, an employee or representative of, or an immediate family member of, or a person domiciled with an employee of Freson Market Ltd.
• The contest is also not open to the judges, those who are domiciled with them, or members of their immediate family.

Prize Draws and Related Requirements:

• The contest commences on Friday, December 26, 2025, and ends on Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
• The contestants whose entries are the winners will be notified within 6 hours of the draw.
• The winning entries will be selected from all eligible entries by Freson Market Ltd.
• For the purpose of contacting the winners, a non-private Instagram account or a valid contact number is required by all entrants for their entry to be considered complete and valid.
• Contact will be attempted 3 times via the relevant social media platform or a phone number provided with the entry. Should contact not be made within 6 hours, their prize will be forfeited and another entrant will be drawn.
• The winners may be required to answer correctly, unaided, a time-limited, skill-testing question.
• All other expenses relating to the prize(s) are the winner’s responsibility.
• The prize must be collected prior to the event.

Other Rules and Requirements:

• By participating in this contest, contestants agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations of the contest and to provide publicity when required.
• By participating in this contest, winners agree to allow Freson Market Ltd to announce their names and share their photos on social media platforms and other promotional materials.
• Contestants may be required to provide reasonable proof that they meet the contest’s requirements.
• All decisions by the judges relating to this giveaway are final.
• All entries become the property of Freson Market Ltd and none will be returned.
• All elements of the prize are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, not for re-sale, and nonrefundable. The prize winner is not entitled to receive any payment for any possible difference between the actual value of the prize and its estimated values. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives, substitution, or transfers of the prizes will be allowed.
