Official Rules & Regulations for Rosie the Reindeer

The Giveaway & Prizes

Starting on Friday, November 28, 2025, and ending on Thursday, December 18, 2025, Freson Market Ltd will offer one customer from each Freson Bros. store the opportunity to win a prize package including:

– Rosie the Reindeer, valued at $16.99

– Sweets Gift Box, valued at $89.00

The total prize value is $105.99, with one winner randomly drawn at each Freson Bros. store on Friday, December 19, 2025.

Participants can enter the giveaway in one of two ways:

In-Store Entry: Find Rosie the Reindeer in your local Freson Bros. store and fill out the entry form available at the customer service desk between Friday, November 28, 2025, and Thursday, December 18, 2025. One winner per store will be chosen through a random draw from all eligible entries.

Instagram Entry: Locate Rosie the Reindeer in any Freson Bros. store during the giveaway period. Take a photo of them and post it on Instagram, tagging the photo with #fresonbros, #rosiethereindeer, and #storelocation in the caption. Participants must follow the official Freson Bros. account, and their Instagram profile must be open for public viewing for contact purposes.

Contact will be attempted up to three times via the number provided or Instagram profile for three days. If contact is not made by Monday, December 22, 2025, another winner will be chosen. All expenses related to collecting or using the prize are the winner’s responsibility.

How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, you must:

Option 1: In-Store Entry

Pick up an entry form from the customer service desk.

Write down where you saw Rosie the Reindeer, as well as your name, age, and phone number.

Return the completed entry form to the customer service desk within the giveaway period.

Option 2: Instagram Entry

Find Rosie the Reindeer in any Freson Bros. store during the giveaway period.

Take a photo of them and post it to your Instagram profile.

Tag the photo with #fresonbros, #rosiethereindeer, and #storelocation in the caption.

Ensure you are following the official Freson Bros. account, and that your Instagram profile is open to public viewing for contact purposes.

Eligibility

1. The in-store contest is exclusively available to individuals residing in Alberta who are 12 years old or younger, Instagram entries are open to their parents/legal guardians who have reached the age of majority at 18 years old.

2. The giveaway is not open to individuals who are, or have been, at any time over the duration of the giveaway or the four months preceding, an employee or representative of, or an immediate family member of or a person domiciled with an employee of Freson Market Ltd.

3. As well, the giveaway is not open to the judges, those who are domiciled with them or members of their immediate family.

Prize Draws and Related Requirements:

1. The giveaway begins on Friday, November 28, 2025, and ends on Thursday, December 18, 2025.

2. One winner per Freson Bros. store will be selected through a random draw from eligible entries and announced on Friday, December 19, 2025.

3. Winners will be notified within 6 hours of the draw.

4. Contact will be attempted up to three times via the phone number provided or Instagram profile. If contact is not made by 9:00 am on Monday, December 22, 2025, their prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be drawn.

5. Winners may be required to answer a skill-testing question, unaided and within a time limit.

6. Prizes must be collected from the winner’s local Freson Bros. store within one week of notification. A convenient time will be agreed upon between the Freson Bros. contact and the winner.

7. All expenses related to the prize are the winner’s responsibility.

Other Rules and Requirements:

1. By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations of the giveaway and to provide publicity when required.

2. Entrants may be required to provide reasonable proof that they meet the requirements of the giveaway.

3. All decisions by the judges relating to this giveaway are final.

4. All entries become the property of Freson Market Ltd and none will be returned.

5. All elements of the prize are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, not for resale and nonrefundable. The prize winner is not entitled to receive any payment for any possible difference between the actual value of the prize and its estimated values. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives, substitution or transfers of the prizes will be allowed.

Official Rules & Regulations for Filipino Feast Giveaway

The Contest & Prizes

Starting on Friday, February 20, 2026, and ending on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, Freson Market Ltd will offer its customers an opportunity to win one set of tickets for the Filipino Feast event happening on March 7 and 8, 2026 at Freson Bros. Fresh Market locations in Edmonton Glenora, Edmonton Rabbit Hill, Hinton Hill, Fort Saskatchewan, Drumheller, Peace River, Stony Plain and High Prairie. One winner will be drawn for one set of tickets for each participating Freson Bros. location.

Instagram Social Media Entry
To enter, participants must have followed the Freson Bros. Instagram page for a minimum of 24 hours and comment on the location they would like to attend for the Filipino Feast in a comment under the official giveaway post on Instagram. The post will be live from February 25, 2026, to March 4, 2026.

One winners will be drawn per location.

Winner Notification
The winners will be drawn on Thursday, March 5, 2026.

The winners will be contacted through a private message on Instagram.

Winners must respond by 3:00 pm on Friday, March 6, 2026. If a winner does not respond by 3:00 pm on March 6, 2026, another winner will be drawn. Each winner will receive two (2) tickets for the Filipino Feast on March 7 or 8, 2026 at their chosen Freson Bros. Fresh Market or High Prairie store. The winner’s responsibility is all expenses relating to collecting or using the prize.

How to Enter

The participants must have followed the Freson Bros. Instagram page for a minimum of 24 and commented on the Freson Bros. Fresh Market location where they would like to attend the Filipino Feast under the official giveaway post on Instagram.

The contest commences on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, and ends on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
The contestants whose entries are the winners will be notified within 6 hours of the draw.
The winning entries will be selected from all eligible entries by Freson Market Ltd.
For the purpose of contacting the winners, a non-private Instagram account is required by all entrants for their entry to be considered complete and valid.
Contact will be attempted 3 times via the relevant social media platform provided with the entry. Should contact not be made within 6 hours, their prize will be forfeited and another entrant will be drawn.
The winners may be required to answer correctly, unaided, a time-limited, skill-testing question.
All other expenses relating to the prize(s) are the winner’s responsibility.
The prize must be collected prior to the event.

By participating in this contest, contestants agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations of the contest and to provide publicity when required.
By participating in this contest, winners agree to allow Freson Market Ltd to announce their names and share their photos on social media platforms and other promotional materials.

Gift Cards.

The winner must be a fully enrolled Smart Shopper member and make a purchase of any participating featured products as shown below from any Freson Bros. store between Friday, February 6, 2026, and Thursday, March 5, 2026. One winner at each store will be chosen through a random draw from all eligible entries to win a $100 Freson Bros. gift card, with one additional winner selected from all stores to win the KitchenAid Artisan Series 5-Quart Tilt-Head Stand Mixer, Empire Red, KSM150PSER plus with a KitchenAid 3-Piece Pasta Roller & Cutter Set, KSMPRA,.
