OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ANDERSON DRUG BY FRESON BROS. – MONTHLY GIVEAWAY

The Contest & Prizes

Starting on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, and ending on Thursday, December 31, 2026, Freson Market Ltd. will offer the customers of Anderson Drug by Freson Bros. pharmacies the opportunity to win one (1) Hinton Flower Bouquet each month per participating Anderson Drug by Freson Bros. pharmacy: Hanna, Drumheller, and Stony Plain.

Each Hinton Flower Bouquet is valued at $39.

To qualify for the giveaway, participants must fill out and submit an entry form at their Anderson Drug by Freson Bros. location. Entry forms are available from the pharmacist and the entry submission box will be available at the pharmacy counter. Each submitted entry form counts as (1) entry. 

Winners will be selected through a random draw on the last day of every month, starting on April 30, 2026 through to December 31, 2026. One winner will be chosen for each participating location. Attempts will be made to contact winners via a phone call up to three (3) times. If contact is not established within 24 hours of the draw, alternate winners will be selected. Winners are responsible for collecting their prize from their selected Anderson Drug by Freson Bros. location.

How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, you must:

Ask for the entry form from your community pharmacist at Anderson Drug by Freson Bros. Stony Plain, Hanna or Drumheller.

Fill out an entry form before the last day of the month.

Place the entry form into the submission box found at the pharmacy counter.

Eligibility

• The contest is only open to residents of Alberta who have reached the age of majority (18 and over).
• The contest is not open to individuals who are, or have been, at any time over the duration of the contest or the four months preceding, an employee or representative of, or an immediate family member of, or a person domiciled with an employee of Freson Market Ltd.
• The contest is also not open to the judges, those who are domiciled with them, or members of their immediate family.

Prize Draws and Related Requirements:

• The contest commences on April 1, 2026, and ends on December 31, 2026 with draws happening on the last day of every month.
• The winning entries will be drawn on the last day of every month from all eligible entries by Freson Market Ltd.
• Contestants whose entries are selected will be notified within 24 hours of the draw.
• For the purpose of contacting the winners, a valid phone number is required.
• Contact will be attempted three (3) times via phone call. Should contact not be made within 24 hours, the prize will be forfeited and another entrant will be drawn.
• The winners may be required to answer correctly, unaided, a time-limited, skill-testing question.
• All other expenses relating to the prize are the winner’s responsibility.
• The prize must be collected from the chosen Anderson Drug by Freson Bros. location.

Other Rules and Requirements:

• By participating in this contest, contestants agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations of the contest and to provide publicity when required.
• By participating in this contest, winners agree to allow Freson Market Ltd to announce their names and share their photos on social media platforms and other promotional materials.
• Contestants may be required to provide reasonable proof that they meet the contest’s requirements.
• All decisions by the judges relating to this giveaway are final.
• All entries become the property of Freson Market Ltd and none will be returned.
• All elements of the prize are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, not for re-sale, and nonrefundable. The prize winner is not entitled to receive any payment for any possible difference between the actual value of the prize and its estimated values. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives, substitution, or transfers of the prizes will be allowed.

The Giveaway & Prizes

On Saturday, April 25, 2026,  Freson Market Ltd will offer fully enrolled Smart Shopper customers shopping at any Freson Bros. store, the opportunity to win a Full Alberta Coulee Camping Meat Freezer Pack valued at $129.99.

The winner must be a fully enrolled Smart Shopper member at the time of the draw and have made any purchase at any Freson Bros. store on Saturday, April 25, 2026. One winner at every Freson Bros. store will be chosen through a random draw from all eligible entries and will be announced on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.  Contact will be attempted 3 times via the number provided for two days, but should contact not be made by Thursday, April 30, 2026, another winner shall be chosen. All expenses relating to collecting or using the prize are the winner’s responsibility.

How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, you must be a fully enrolled Freson Bros. Smart Shopper member and make any purchase from any Freson Bros. store on Saturday, April 25, 2026.

• Contact will be attempted 3 times via the number provided for three days, but should contact not be made by Thursday, April 30, 2026, their prize will be forfeited and another entrant will be drawn.
• The winners may be required to answer correctly, unaided, a time-limited, skill-testing question.
• All entrants will be required to be fully enrolled Smart Shopper members.
• No purchase is necessary. In order to enter the prize draw without purchase, simply email marketing@freson.com with your name, address, phone number and Alberta Beef Prime Rib Day Giveaway in the subject line with your Smart Shopper Number.
• All other expenses relating to the prize(s) are the winners’ responsibilities.
