Pasta Salad
A fresh, colourful side option that brings a taste of spring and warmer days.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked short pasta rotini, penne, or bowtie
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup cucumber diced
- ½ cup red bell pepper chopped
- ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
- ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
- ¼ cup black olives sliced
- ½ cup Italian dressing bottled or homemade
Instructions
Cook the Pasta:
- Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain, rinse under cold water, and let cool.
Combine Everything:
- In a large bowl, combine pasta with remaining ingredients. Toss with dressing until everything’s coated.
Chill or Serve:
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate.
