Pasta Salad

A fresh, colourful side option that brings a taste of spring and warmer days.
Course Side Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked short pasta rotini, penne, or bowtie
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • ½ cup red bell pepper chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup black olives sliced
  • ½ cup Italian dressing bottled or homemade

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta:

  • Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain, rinse under cold water, and let cool.

Combine Everything:

  • In a large bowl, combine pasta with remaining ingredients. Toss with dressing until everything’s coated.

Chill or Serve:

  • Serve immediately, or refrigerate.
