Marinated Pork Chops
Ingredients

- 1 lb Alberta Pork Half Loin Chops
Marinade
- ½ tbsp Western Family Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Western Family Dried Oregano
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- ⅓ cup Lemon Juice 1 large Lemon
- ¼ cup Western Family Olive Oil
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl or a resealable plastic bag.
- Add Alberta Pork Loin Chops to bowl or bag. Marinade in the fridge for 1 hour minimum, 3 hours is ideal, 12 hours maximum.
- Take the Alberta Pork Loin Chops out of the fridge 20 minutes before cooking.
- Remove Alberta Pork Loin Chops and shake excess marinade off. Discard the remaining marinade.
- Cook the Alberta Pork Loin Chops using your preferred method until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
