Alberta Beef Sandwich

- 1 Crock Pot
Ingredients
- 2-3 lb Alberta Beef Sirloin Tip Roast
- 1 tbsp Western Family onion powder
- 1.5 cups Western Family beef broth
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the Alberta Beef Sirloin Tip Roast into a 4-quart, or larger, slow cooker.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper & Western Family onion powder on the Alberta beef.
- Pour the 1.5 cups of Western Family beef broth over the roast.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours.
- When the cooking time is done, remove the roast and place on a cutting board and shred the meat. Discard any fat. Cover with foil to keep warm.
- When ready to serve top Venice Bakery bread with shredded Alberta Beef Sirloin Tip Roast and enjoy!
