Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut Alberta Chicken into tenders, trimming any fat.
In a bowl, combine 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika, juice from one lemon and salt & pepper to taste. Mix, then add your chicken. Allow it to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Tzatziki Sauce, first grate half of the cucumber onto a clean kitchen towel, then squeeze out the excess water.
Add shredded cucumber to a bowl, then mix in Greek Yogurt, 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder & 1 tsp each of salt and pepper.
Slice Bell Peppers into strips & coat them with 1 tbsp Olive Oil, salt, & pepper. Spread the sliced bell peppers on a baking sheet lined with foil and top with the marinated chicken tenders. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Wrap it in a flour Tortilla with plenty of tzatziki sauce & enjoy!
