Greek Chicken Wraps & Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients for Chicken Filling

  • 2 Boneless, Skinless Alberta Chicken Breasts
  • 3 tbsp Western Family Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon
  • 3 Bell Peppers
  • 1 tsp Western Family Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Western Family Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Western Family Paprika
  • 8 Western Family Tortillas
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Ingredients for Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 cup Western Family Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp Western Family Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut Alberta Chicken into tenders, trimming any fat.
  • In a bowl, combine 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika, juice from one lemon and salt & pepper to taste. Mix, then add your chicken. Allow it to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Tzatziki Sauce, first grate half of the cucumber onto a clean kitchen towel, then squeeze out the excess water.
  • Add shredded cucumber to a bowl, then mix in Greek Yogurt, 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder & 1 tsp each of salt and pepper.
  • Slice Bell Peppers into strips & coat them with 1 tbsp Olive Oil, salt, & pepper. Spread the sliced bell peppers on a baking sheet lined with foil and top with the marinated chicken tenders. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Wrap it in a flour Tortilla with plenty of tzatziki sauce & enjoy!
